Power Pilates is for folks who are generally fit and would like to develop more strength, flexibility, and control. Most work is done seated or lying on the mat, with a particular focus on moving from and with the powerhouse (core). The class is fast moving and fun; modifications are available but you should be able to do planks, hollow body holds, and shoulder stands.

Rachel is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates through Peak Pilates and The Pilates Academy for Strength and Transformation. She is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and has been leading exercise classes since 2012.
