This class is designed to get you moving in a way that feels natural for your body. I create playlists that guide us through a gentle warm-up, transition into more energetic movement, and then bring us back down for stretching, stillness, and rest. At the start of each month, I curate a new playlist that we explore and play with together.

Groove is easy to practice—it’s not a class where I stand in front and you follow. Instead, we move together through the space. I like to call it a practice: an invitation to meet yourself, week by week, as you are in your body, and to explore your movement. What feels good? How does your body want to express itself? What wisdom does it want to unlock and share with you?

Reach out, and let's connect to see if this practice is calling to you!
